I have had this problem since I upgraded from a 280 to a 480, and now i have a 680gtx and the problem still persists. Nobody has been able to help, but I know some are having the same issue.

all settings are on ultra high, the second image was taken on a laptop of mine that wont run the game well, but displayes proper textures.
Even if you havent heard of this problem before, it would be super helpful if you could just verify if you have this issue or not and post your system specs so I can possibly find a peice of hardware that could be a problem.
here are my specs.
Core I7 975
GTX 680 4GB
EVGA X58 FTW3
6GB RAM 1600MHz
Win 7 Ultimate (I might upgrade to win 8 soon)
Also I bought this game a long time ago on a physical disk so I am using that copy, so if nobody is getting this with the ultimate collection on origin I might consider buying that.
