Thanks so much Omnizac and Scumworthy! I started from scratch and completely deleted Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge (Origin version) and tried your fixes and got it to work! :D

How/where do you turn off video buffering? I don't know what any of this means...

In your Red Alert 2 directory, open RA2.ini in Notepad (RA2MD.ini for Yuri's Revenge), and find the line where it says [Video]. Under it, add the following:

VideoBackBuffer=no

Then save the file, close it, and run the game.

DON'T DO THIS! It completely crashed the game and could not even load past the starting video.

The problem persisted even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
