Where's my purchased copy of Red Alert 2?

So, years back I purchased and redeemed the C&C Ultimate Collection, which includes Red Alert 2. I went looking to play it today, and the game is gone from my account, and I can't find it to re-download it.

What's going on? Where are the products that I paid for?

Are you logging into Origin with the correct account? The C&C Ultimate Collection is not on the account you are posting with here.

Pretty sure. Might be one on an old email address that I couldn't recover, but I didn't think so. I still have the license key if that's something that can be checked.

@willpender It probably can, but never post that publicly on the forum. I suggest you go to live tech support with this.
