Red Alert 3 doesn't start.

Hi, 

I bought C&C Ultimate Collection last week.  C&C 4 Tiberian Twilight 4 works great, but  Red Alert 3 doesn't start. Only  RA3 title comes up for about 5 seconds, then disappears, not any error message, when I click Red Alert 3 icon  in my game list with Origin App. My PC's OS  is Windows 7  and Graphic card is Geforce GTS 450.  My father bought C&C Ultimate Collection, too.  His PC is Dell  Alien X51 with Win7.  He can play RA3.

I'd like to play with Dad. Please please help me!!

 The followings what I've done before:

- REINSTALL  RA3  and PC REBOOT  ( maybe over 5 times) 

- Try XP mode 

- Change low Resolution ( 1600 x 900  -->  1027 x 768 )

and after many times contact to EA, he tell me to call for specialist team...

I have the same problem, and the more i dig the more i realize there is no real solution and EA could care less they have your money and would rather you just dissapear than lift a real finger.  They love to give was rinse repeat nonproductive answers all the while only proving they have no idea what to do about the problem.  RA3 is not the only game in the package that does this either.  EA seems to have gone to the dogs again.

try running off ur dedicated graphics. thats what worked for me

I have the same problem too. Tech support is Clueless!!! I have spoke with HP and NVIDIA they confirmed my Laptop is fine. directx error 9.0. EA doesnt care!!
