My game code for an older PC game by EA will not work

 You do not have the game listed on your website but the games are Command & Conquer Generals and Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour. Both of which are 2003 Copyrights. I have tried multiple times to get them to work and I grew up playing strategy games like this. I would very much appreciate any help I can get at all on how this can be fixed. I go to install and it installs but during the installation I try to put in the code and it's like it is nonexistence but I put the original game code back in again and uninstalled numerous more times.
