License Limit

Recently I reinstalled Red Alert 3 Uprising to my computer.  It was originally downloaded from Direct to Drive years ago.  When I started to play it, it displayed a message saying the license limit for the product has been reached. 

This product has only been installed in one computer ever, although I have had to reinstall several times because of system upgrades.  How can I resolve this problem?
