A few years back I bought a physical copy of the Command and Conquer : Ultimate Collection and redeemed it (via digital code) on a different pc laptop on this same account on Origin. That same laptop is now gone. I've recently downloaded Origin again on a new pc laptop and signed into my account to notice that the games I redeemed are gone. I've tried redeeming the games again through the same code however, as expected, it responds with "This code has already been redeemed". Can you please help fix what's going here? Thanks!
