Command and Conquer 4 Tiberian twilight Register code never being emailed to me

i just downloaded C&C the untimate collection by orgin from the pc digital version, i went to play tibrian twilight and it said i need a registration code. it said "Your registration code can normally be found on the back of your game manual. If you purchased this game digitally, then your code may have been e-mailed to you." but i did not get a email sent to me after and hour of waiting and i want to know when ill get the code, i tried to put in the code that you get in the "more information" part of my games and it said it was already used. when will i get my code to play this game?
