You can try the below, but no guarantee's it will work:
1. go to your installation folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight)
2. right-click on CNC4.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility mode -> activate Settings
Disable desktop composition
Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
3. Now, run the file CNC4Game.exe

This is not resolving my problem.

I am having a very similar issue. Only, my issue involves not being able to get the Origin Client link or the Command and Conquer link to function at all. One source mentioned my virus protection preventing use, but I don't buy it because Steam is functioning just fine. I purchased two products through GameStop. Age of Empires with Steam, and Command and Conquer with Origin.
I am curious to see what the solution is below.

Okay, my computer is informing me that my program for the Command and Conquer, The Ultimate Collection download is missing a file by the designation of "ssleay32.dll."
How can I retrieve this file, and why was this file not automatically downloaded?
And, why is it that every time I try to go to the Origin Help web site, I end up in Germany?
