CnC generals zero hour crash on win 10

hello

i downloaded generals and generals zero hour and tried to play them . generals worked perfectly but zero hour didn't work at all, it just shows the stat up pic and just shots down back to disktop with no error messages at all . i tried every thing the options.ini and running it on win xp or 7 sittings didn't work . can any one help please ?..

Yes I have actually read that before and tried everything in it and nothing works still the same problem..

Hello

My issue is kinda different, i have the ultimate collection and it worked just find the first time. after i tried installing a mod ( rise of the reds) the game started crashing at start up (technical difficulties message). i tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and still wont work.

Hey @alsa3ati have you removed the mod entirely?

If a mod is causing the game to crash then the best thing to do is remove it.

Hey @EA_Darko. i have uninstalled the mod and the game and deleted the documents folder and reinstalled the game only but same issue arises. is there any other folder i should erase?
