they don't help at all, they just keep you in a chatroom for half an hour and then tell you to call a number where they can help you further. I'm looking through google atm to find a keygen program that will work, i suggest you do the same

trying to contact EA about this is a joke ,they don't wont to know ,they have your money , now go away !!!! , cos you cant find any help at there supposed help site , I've owned this game for 3 years, after my computer was stolen, I've never been able to play it again , , , ,

Solution a complete waste of time, it led me straight back here.

If the solution is a phone call then ill never play the game, simply put; contact via any form other than email is unacceptable

when you contact them all they do is tell you to reinstall but that doesnt solv ethe issue ... I had the original disc used to work fine just tried reloading it and got the same issue ... they had me reinstall it from the origin program instead of the disc and now it has launching errors its bull**bleep** that we buy these games and cant get it to work on a new computer cause their systems glitch but they dont want to admit it

simply put this is bull**bleep** and dont ever buy the game its not worth it ESPECIALLY if you get this game directly not the complete set ... your code is garanteed not to work and they will push you around on the chat and EVENTUALLY tell you to call to get it reset ALL while trying to tell you it was an installation issue or a system compatability ... no like I said before its most likely a glitch in their system they are not willing to admit ... typical ... but Il be sitting on the phone right when they open to see what comes of it

@eafrancois Funny that you tell us to contact a game advisor. I got connected to both Jonathan and Chad, guess what they did? They didn't reply at all. They opened with "Thanks for contacting EA Customer Experience, my name is [name]. How may I assist you today?" and that is all they did, I waited thinking it might be some connection issue, but they are deliberately ignoring me. Haven't gotten any help still and I've paid 10 euros for nothing. Great job EA.

Hey, I had the same problem after buying the game yesterday. I realized that I was trying to log in to play C&C4 with the CommandandConquer.com account that I was forced to make during the installation process. When I used the email and password from my Origin account instead, I was able to start up the game no problem. 
Maybe some of you guys are stuck on the same issue, who knows. All these accounts and controls on gameplay are getting a little annoying.

I just found this game after a few years in the closet.. Never got to play the game because when i installed the game and should register, it told me that the "key code is already in use" IT STILL DOES!!! WTF??

 

So i start to search around for some information about this and find this page amongst others. 

 

I am glad to see i'm not the only one, but i find it very odd that EA is HIDING their costumer service/support email..

I can't litteraly not find anywhere to get help from EA... http://help.ea.com is NOT helping.. 

 

I can't even send a private message to EA customer support on facebook! 

 

EA are you **bleep**ing kidding me? This is BULL**bleep**! I want a direct email to someone that can help me get my game to work! 

As i see it, i'm not the only one! 

 

I paid 400 kr. for the **bleep**ing game at the time when it was brand new!

($70)
