Steam achievement won't unlock

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play all missions of Aftermath DLC in Steam
What happens when the bug occurs? Steam achievement doesn't unlock
What do you expect to see? Steam achievement unlocks...

So the Steam achievement "Time is only a concept (Aftermath DLC)" doesn't unlock upon completion.

The steam counter shows a progress of 18 missions which in itself is already a problem since the aftermath missions only consist of 17 missions.

I attached the bonus content available which is only unlocked when successfully completing the aftermath missions.

The other attachment is the steam achievement progress-bar.

Showing I didn't get the achievement (and counting 18 missions of the possible 17)

Quick interwebs searches tells me this bugs happens with other achievements as well.
Is their a fix in the works for this?

I only played the soviet missions which are all under the same tab with the Aftermath logo.

Both Aftermath and Counterstrike contain Soviet and Allied missions.

So the missions I miss for the progression are the allied ones under the Counterstrike tab.

Very confusing design.

Can't delete this thread so I'll leave this here as a solution.

So I noticed I also had a progression for the counterstrike achievement.

However I never played 1 mission of those.

When I add both counterstrike missions with Aftermath missions I get 17 progress counted.

The exact number of missions I played.

So I'm guessing both achievements should pop-up when I complete both Aftermath and Counterstrike . . . 

I'll try this and leave this post here should anyone encounter the same problem.
