Steam Achievement bug for C&C Remastered Collection [ Edited ]

Hi there, thanks for the awesome work on the C&C Remastered Collection.

I have recently completed all 22 Allied missions on Hard difficulty. However, the Steam achievement for completing the campaign is still stuck at 13/14

Edit: The steam achievement "DEFCON None." also shows that I have completed 13 missions instead of 14 missions.

I have the same issue but on TD with the achievement The Best Around stuck at 80/81.

I've completed all 81 mission, of course, but one of them is not counting. I searched around and some people affirm it's the Secret Mission on.
