Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Soviet campaign, final few missions.
What happens when the bug occurs? Mobile gap generators block player units line of sight view. I think they may have been affected by base power status as well as they did not do this when the enemy base was low power.
What do you expect to see? I expected the fog of war to go away as my units approached per the original red alert.
When playing the soviet campaign the allies has mobile gap generators which caused me to not be able to see my units because they were covered with the fog of war. I also think the mobile gap generators were being affected by the enemy base power level.
