update: noticed that when it starts to stutter, switch back to classic graphic will reveal that it's actually progressing much further than HD graphic, however the audio is still synced to the HD graphic
last night i had a case that it stutters so bad, that the HD graphic completely hangs, but the classic graphic is still working, after a while the game thinks that I have lost connection, counted down and then the whole game hangs,couldn't jump back to Windows desktop except for the Start menu, need to sign out to regain control of Windows

Stuttering here as well; none of the suggestions seem to make it go away
The framedrops also seem to occur during FMV and even in the main menu. When using my second screen while Red Alert is on my first screen, the stuttering even occurs on that second screen. It is as if my whole PC occasionally bogs down by something in Red Alert.

* NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
* 1920 x 1200
* Full Screen (at one 1920 monitor, second monitor displays desktop)

* Experienced during first camping mission

ADD. Disable VSync didn't do much either.
Extra bug: when assigning another key (say F11) to switching graphics, you basically have to hold that key in order to play it with original gfx. When releasing it, it immediately switches back to HD.
Extra bug 2: edge scrolling is a bit fiddly as it doesn't always work properly. Perhaps this is due to the amount of stuttering?

@Aeternus_EA
CPU: i7 - 4790 k
GPU: GeForce GTX 980
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Screen mode: borderless windowed, with vsync off
installed on HD
occurs during: singleplayer first load, havent tried skirmish
also i noticed the FMV especially in red alert starts horribly slow, like 2 minutes for it to start
and the mission end screen on both red alert and cnc seems lagging too

Example: Red Alert Campaign, MIssion 1. Even in the first couple seconds, its already stuttering and all over the place. The moment something blows up, it just gets even worse

Happens worst during Skirmish (was against 3 AI), mainly when groups of tanks clash and exchange fire, sometimes the game will drastically skip, makes it difficult to target. Is not as bad in Legacy but still annoying. Also when selecting multiple units with mouse, often only a few units in the square will be selected. My computer was able to run original RA without any stutter or slowdown on my computers end.

Just started playing RA, first mission with Allies. Games just starts to stutter from the off. It eases slightly then begins again.
