Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open steam Access C&C remastered Get to game selection screen Select play game
What happens when the bug occurs? Full screen C&C with spinning wheel bottom center and hints and cursor but cannot advance past this level
What do you expect to see? Cannot get to game action

@RamblinWre_k70w hey buddy, sometimes, it can take a couple of mins (2-3 mins) to load into the game, if you are playing the campaign missions.

it all depend on your hardware configuration? did you install the game on HDD or SSD?

well, Jim had also shared a small workaround for ppl having difficulty playing the game,

"If you saw increased frame rate stuttering or launch crashing/forever to load into after the June major patch versus the launch version, we have an experiment you can try:

Go to your C&C Remastered Collection page on Steam
Click on the Manage button (gear icon)
Select Properties
On the General tab, select “Set Launch Options…”
In the box, enter “NOSPLASHPRELOAD”
Click OK and launch the game
This will effectively revert the texture optimizations we made in the June Patch, and may help performance / stability with certain hardware configurations (This launch option will also work with the standard live branch as well) "

Also, if you can record and share a small video clip of it, it can help the EA developers to understand and resolve the issue quickly.

@SnakeheadMonster Game was downloaded to SSD

Tried small workaround as suggested. No change to loading. Waited 20 minutes with same results.

@RamblinWre_k70w hey buddy, im really sorry to hear about it.

but i guess, Jim & EA team have already got a very similar complaints from others, and they assured, they are working on sometimes to resolve it.

hopefully, the next patch has the fix in it.
