Game wont load. I get this error  : There is an error with your games setup. Please reinstall your game.

I have tried on two machines. My lenovo laptop, and my MS SurfacePro. 

Called tech support, They took me through clearing the games cashe. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and updated the C++

anyone else experience this??
