Burnout Paradise Cops and Robbers and Big Surf Island DLCS

I want to play the Big Surf Island and Cops and Robbers content but those DLCS seem to be basically dead to the world on pc. I'd appreciate any help to access those DLCS without resorting to hacking them in. I'm perfectly willing to pay for them.

Big Surf Island was never made for PC, but you can get the Vanity Pack add on from here. The traffic lights don't work and there is no traffic on the island, it does add bill boards and smashes plus 15 challenges I think... Great for stunt runs. I don't know about Cops and Robbers.
