burnout paradise crashing due to urctbase.dll

need help my copy of burnout paradise remastered  is crashing on connecting to server. the windows event viewer shows this dll module failing

Any other suggestions? Only seems to be Burn Out Paradise that has this issue?

UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED!

I found I had a friend in my EA Origin client that had a long name (a bunch of characters, probably over 40 characters long), I just removed them as a friend and Burnout Paradise started to work!!!!

Perhaps there is some kind of issue when the game connects to the servers and must 'search' or 'load' your list of EA friends and if too long it crashes the game?
