License photo blank

I changed my avatar on Origin, and now the picture on my license in Burnout Paradise Remastered is completely blank. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck with a blank license? If the latter, how do I erase my save data? I wasn't very far in the game so I don't mind starting over.

Your saved game data is located in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Criterion Games\Burnout Paradise Remastered\Save".

And be sure to delete the saved game data in your cloud if you're syncing that, too.
