In game DJ voice is very low if I use Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic

I bought BP Remastered and I've noticed that is I have my headphones set to use Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic, the in game DJ voice is so low that you can hardly hear it, that's with music turned off and SFX turned down low.  If I set the headphones to Stereo uncompressed, then the voice is easily heard.  I'm on Xbox One X, anyone else having this problem?
