Game won't start

Help! When I try to run the game, I get a message: Error trying to create Directory for Shader Cache

I ran Origin Client as administrator, then it worked well. The game started smoothly but then crashed when connecting to EA servers.Hence I bypassed this program issue by switching to offline mode. I can’t enjoy the benefits of playing the game online, but at least I have it running in story mode.

Try this, open Origin Client, go to your game library then right click on the game tile and select repair game then follow any prompts. This works most of the time, let us know what happens, game fixed or not.
