Game crashes when connecting to internet

Unless im in offline mode the game crashes either when going to the license menu, when I go to the menu with online stuff or when I finish a race. I think those are all times when the game connects to the internet

Ive tried stuff with the firewall, running it without the origin overlay, running it in windows xp compatibility mode, running it with the -multithread command and disabling all webcam devices
