Can't log in to Burnout Paradise

Same here. I can log in fine on the EA Page, but in-game it just tells me "you have entered an invalid account name".

Even tried changing my password, but that made no difference at all.

Try your Origin name and password.

I know this is late but if you guys are still having this problem. You need to use your EA ID (gamer tag) it should log you on.

That only works when you use the same log on / in ID for both accounts.

I'm having the same problem. I contacted the support and they escalated my problem to a specialist. If I get a solution from them, I will post it here.

Are you getting a error message? Have you tried everything on this troubleshooting page https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It tells me either that my user name is invalid or that my user-pass-combo doesn't exist. I tried all the things the guy from EA support asked me to. Now it's escalated to a specialist. I will try those tips you sent me, though I'm afraid it's not going to help. Won't cost much to try though, so I will. Thanks!

From the error messages you're receiving it is a account issue not a connection issue.

Yes, that's what I thought too. That's why I'm afraid your tips won't work. Appreciate them anyway. I will tell you what I get from EA once they contact me again.

Just bought the game today, getting both the "Maximum Personas" and "your username doesn't exist" error.
