I'm playing the game on PC. When I open the game it starts as normal, when the game is done connecting to the paradise servers, the loading screen keeps going on for a few seconds and then freezes. When I move my mouse around the screen I do hear the button hover sounds (the screen where you press "Enter Paradise City") but never shows the screen and when I press on a button the game crashes.
I have tried all the solutions I could find on the forums.
I've tried
-Starting in offline mode
-Changing resolution
-Updating drivers
-repairing the game
-reinstalling the game (multiple times)
-restarting my pc
-removing recording software
If there are any other possible solutions, please let me know.
EDIT:
I just tried disabling my internal webcam (i'm on laptop) after i saw a post telling about a crash with the driver license, but I figured I could always try.
The result is that I did get to the screen where you press "Enter Paradise City" and when I entered it started the introduction video. The game froze at the first frame but the voice kept talking until it was done. Then the game was just frozen on that frame and when I clicked anywhere the game crashed.
