Yes, same problem here - its like I am back in 1996 trying to get thru a stuttering video and then it crashes cause I am running it on a toaster
Only thing is it's 2018 and I am NOT running a toaster! 
Pity - I loved playing this game on my x-box!

Tried to get this game working for hours and still just crashes/ freezes. I suggest refunding it and buying the working version from steam.

I got my working. This is how I did it, fresh install of my windows 10 didn't update to latest version, installed BP remastered, started it up but it crashed after the dvm, when into appdata to config file change vsync to 0  and played just fine no crashes so far. Hope this will help you

Mine is crashing at servers loading. It doesn't if Origin is offline.
DxDiag.txt attached to get support.
I already tried to install/repair the two vcredist files from game install location, no success.
