Offline mode seems to fix the Crash on Loading Screen issue, but once you finish a race, it still crashes even offline. This is getting ridiculous...

Axtually offline mode doesn't even fix it for me... And from what I've seen in the topic a few people had the same issue. This feels really bad, I was so hyped by BP remastered...

No, uninstalling all VC++ Runtimes is a bad Idea, unless you reinstall them all.

This is about the 2015/2017 Runtime.

Try this:

Disable the Windows 10 "Game DVR"

• Press the Windows key and "i" at the same time.
• Click on "Games"
• Click on "Game DVR" (Side bar)
• Turn the switch below "Record in the background while I'm playing a game" to off.

Disable the Windows 10 "Game Bar"

• Press the Windows key and "i" at the same time.
• Click on "Games"
• Turn the switch below "Record game clips. Screenshots, and broadcast using Game Bar" to off.
• Reboot >Test.

If that don't helps, create a new Windows User Account (Administrator)

Reboot > Log on to the new Account > Test.

My post was directed specifically to the people I tagged because I saw unique errors in their DxDiag or MSInfo reports.

That the same or a similar error occurs for different players does not mean that the trigger is the same, on the contrary, there are with certainty bordering probability different reasons for this problem.

I don't know if you already posted a DxDiag, but if not you can do that and I will look if the last step (user account) may help you.
