[BPR PC] Crashing when going online

The game crashes with anything online related. If I invite my friend or try to accept his invite my game crashes instantly.

weird...so I tried like 3-4 times. failed every time. then I tried in offline mode. it worked. I just went online again and was going to submit a DxDiag and now it seems to be working...

Hey all,

We know that some of you may have already tried certain steps but we want to make sure that everyone has followed them in a certain way to narrow down what's causing the issue.

Looking at the MSInfo that people have been providing there's a few errors that stick out so please try the below:

Close Origin completely from your desktop tray by right clicking the icon and choosing "quit Origin"

Next find the Origin program on your desktop and right click and select the run as administrator option.

If you're still having issues launching the game after this go to add/remove programs. If you're on Windows 10 you can simply search for this in the Windows search bar. Remove the Visual C++ that you see.

You may have more than just one as I removed all mine for testing.

Once this has been done reboot your computer. After it's started back up locate your Burnout folder which should be in:

Program Files (x86) --> Origin Games --> Burnout PR --> __installer --> vc --> vc2015 --> redist

Once you're there run the vc_redist.x86 file and see if you can then run the game.

Even if you've checked they're already installed they may not be working correctly so removing, rebooting, and then reinstalling may help. Remember to run as administrator after you've reinstalled these files.

I get it, Andy. you are just trying  to make sure. 
So I followed your instructions to the letter, even uninstalled all older VC++ packages. 

...we still crashing on load screen.

I tried everything like you said.
But the game still crashed on first load screen.
Do you have the plan that release the patch?
I think this is not our fault.
This game has the problem.
We don't want to waste our money.
The original Burnout Paradise was a great video game.
So I really want to play this game.
Please help.

I at myself found the folder with BurnoutPR crash in a format .dmp along the way C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
