Then run the game again and see if you get better results.

Both 86 and 64 in this link failed, it's say that I already have this

Game crashes when connecting to servers. Works perfectly fine offline.

I hope this isnt coming off as rude or anything, but ... do you guys communicate internally or check through the history of past messages?
throughout the entire thread users have mentioned the solutions we have tried INCLUDING repairs and reinstall of VC++ Redistributable . I have even mentioned that i stepped down from version 2017 to 2015 to no avail. ... Yet you guys continuously tell us to 'download this update'. May i ask your thought process or what exactly are you seeing that we aren't?

Just so you know, I unninstalled VC2017 which replaces VC2015 and put VC2015 and it also didn't work.

EDIT: also for some reason today if I open the game at 720p I'm able to open the game in online mode, the crash is from having the game at my normal resolution.
