I tried everything and the game still crashes. I will ask for a refund and never pre-order a game from EA again.

Here is my DxDiag file.
I have tried what you have suggested throughout the post to no avail. This is running the game via the Origin Access trial, so i cannot even run it offline.

I already have 2017 installed. (the installer also informs that everything is up to date and prevents the installation of an older version).

The error in your Dxdiag with VCRUNTIME140.dll relates to the vcredist/VC++ files, can you try to install/repair the two vcredist files from your game install location and let us know if that helps, thanks.
