Offline Mode work fine for me, I can even turn Origin Online in the game (I do so to keep track on game time), but can't use Online modes (make it crash instantly)

First, just reboot and retry playing.

If the same thing happens, please try these steps:

1. Right click on the origin desktop shortcut and select open file location
2. Find origin.exe, right click on it, select properties and then open the compatibility tab. 
3. Check "Override the high DPI scaling behaviour" and then hit system from the drop-down before clicking Apply and then OK
   
4. Try playing the game again.
5. Post your results here

I did like you said and it's still crash if I start the game in Origin Online Mode

Some more troubleshooting:

• Make sure all available Windows Updates are installed
• Power cycle your router and connect to it with a cable rather than wirelessly
• Temporarily disable your antivirus or other security software
• Perform a clean boot before retrying the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

No difference in changing the DPI compatibility settings.

After uninstalling the C++ 2017 Redistributable packages (they replace the 2015 ones they say they are already installed overwise), installed those ones again no change

I have all updates, and I don't have antivirus beside the regular windows defender, and I use cabled internet. clean boot might work, but I'm to scared to do it and risk other games or the PC itself, I rather have the game offline only, thanks for helping @EA_Barry

I like the game so far by the way need to get used to my car actually break XD, used to Need for Speed Payback
