Burnout Paradise Remastered - No DLC?

I’ve just purchased Burnout Paradise Remastered on PS4 and just wanted to know if I need to download or unlock the DLC? I’ve installed the game but have literally played it for only 2 mins and was only given the option of choosing a car. I’ve already been playing the 10 hour trial on the Xbox and all the options were available straight away...I think! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

You have to do the small tutorial first for the rest of the cars and bikes to appear in the junk yard. There is no difference on neither version with that regard.
