Looks like you need to update the driver for your video card. Here is the direct link: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/141171/en-us

Once you update the driver for your video card try restarting your computer and give it a go. It's quite possible the game is attempting to launch off your Intel chip instead of your Nvidia chip, so you might want to download the GeForce Experience to make sure Burnout Paradise is added to the list to run off the Nvidia card.
