Burnout Paradise Remastered 60 fps Lock?

Please help me.. I want to unlock 144fps, cause I cant even play on 60fps..

Is there any way to fix this?

Can you clarify what you mean when you say you cannot play at 60fps?

If your machine is not fast enough to reach 60fps then 144 will not be an option.

The engine is fixed at 60fps. as the game was intendend to do so.
NO you can not play at higher fps without screentearing.
