When I put in my email to sign in, it gives me the same message each time: "An error occurred processing the login. Please retry." I've tried turning my phone off and turning it back on, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, logging in on the friends screen, none of it works. I've made sure my email is not capitalized and has no spaces, but it still gives me an error.

@A_Loser2100 - try turning off internet access so when the game starts it says it's your fault it can't connect, then turn internet back on and hit retry - best done with the device swipe-down menu if you can

@A_Loser2100 Try this: log into your EA profile ( https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index ) and check that your primary email is VERIFIED, then add an alternate email and phone number (you will need to receive the security code). Once you have checked and updated your data CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. Then go back to the game and try .. possibly you can try to uninstall the game first, restart the device and reinstall. For some it didn't work right away, but many have solved it by updating their profile and / or changing their password

Make sure you have 4-6 gbs free space, uninstall the app, reset your password at ea.com, reboot your device, then reinstall the app. Do not play while downloading. If the problem keeps happening after that, contact EA Help https://help.ea.com/en/the-simpsons/the-simpsons-tapped-out/
