spore BIG issue

Hello everyone I'd need some help about this image that I have whenever I launche Spore, since my laptopt was a Windows 8 and got updated into 8.1 then 10, I always had issues with everything, but when I updated to 8.1 Spore stopped playing like it used to, it's now launching but doesn't load the UI correctly is stuck on the galaxy screen that you'll see below. It doesn't even launch the starting cinematic or anything, I tried everything to make it back to normal, re-installing, compatibility settings, adapting the screen size, YET, nothing works, I truly need help it's been 2 years now that I'm stuck like this...

By the way I am using the CD version of Spore which works on every laptop/computers I use it on but my laptop.

This issue was part of an old version of the game. Have you tried updating to the latest version of the game through Origin? The latest version is pre-patched so you should not encounter this issue.
