simpsons not recognizing my email [ Edited ]

im trying to login to my orgin account so i can access my simpsons tapped out town but when i put my email in to access it doesnt work it says to make a new account but when i sign in online it works fine what am i doing wrong

You need to log in with your Origin account and then chose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
