loading screen to long and got banned

my account get banned today but i don't do any hack tools or cheat program. when i go to lobby page suddenly my account get banned. i know something is wrong when loading game is to long. can any body help me? ea can you explained it? thanks before

 You need to contact a game advisor to ask why this is so!
