Hello, I believe you are using the Steam version of the game? In this case, I strongly recommend switching to the Origin version. Register digital keys of the game in your EA account. Next, download the Origin launcher from the official website. Log in to your account, remove the game from Steam and download game from Origin. If you don't feel like download a new launcher, read this.
