digital download conversion

★★★★★ Newbie

Hey guys, I have a copy of the game "Spore" and its associated expansion packs on a physical disk for the PC. But my new device does not have any kind of disk playing hardware, and I cant play it anymore. I was wondering if my serial code is of use for a free digital copy, or if there is any way I can access the game without the disk. I have all my codes right here, they just read as invalid on Origin and stuff.

Any suggestions? Also, my apologies if this is the wrong place! Im not sure where else I can post.

Check if you can redeem your Product Code via Origin using the following info:

Thanks for the reply!

My code displays options for Spore, but after selecting one to download, it says "Confirm" and when pressed, says the code is already redeemed. How is this possible, I have my code printed on the back of my Spore manual. I have not given this code to anyone either. Should I contact staff?

Do you have or did you had a second Origin / EA account?
