Win 10- Game bug after +- 30min

Hey guys,

I'm running on Win 10 and the game crashes every 30 minutes with no ''information box'' to inform what's the bug exactly. Can someone help me for this?

Launch the game in compatibility mode, you'll find the instructions in the FAQ.

I don't work for EA, but I‘m the helping hands for Sims on Mac, Simpsons players …

It didnt work. I bought the game by Steam and the compatibility mode dont work because the program is recognize as an URL. I dont even have the tab
