Why can't I upload adventures to spore.com?

I'm having a problem with spore.com, where I cannot upload any adventure maps because it thinks I don't have the expansion, even though I do. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I use steam, by the way.

The game must first be registered by Origin, that you can use the online feature. (This is only for Steam version)
