Where did my Springfield go???

I recently downloaded 'tapped out' from iTunes during a difficult time as a distraction, I subsequently spent over £20 in the 'donut store' to speed up gaming, only to find after 3 days of play the game reset and all my progress was lost.
Not only is this very frustrating, but I felt my money had been wasted. I feel that the money I spent on the game  should be refunded to me at the very least.
This app often has problems loading and this needs to be looked at.

Contact iTunes App Store. They will refund you for the doughnuts. Also report the issue as well that might help. A lot of people are having to get refunded bc of buying doughnuts & their game is gone or their doughnuts are gone. The game techs have been messing with the game for about a week & a lot of games & accounts have been deleted.
