Unable to install

I bought the game a long time ago and was able to play it on my old computer. However I have a new computer that doesn't have a disk drive and can't install it that way. I've tried intsalling the game via Origin' s Add a Game feature however it tells me the key code is already in use. How can I add this game to my library and install it?

Spore is an older game. The code cannot be redeemed in Origin - a game advisor must do it

I did and they said I'd have to buy it on Origin to install. But I've seen others able to install it.
