Not according to ea customer service. I can’t receive the code to enter the game as the email is old and no longer accessible. I can’t change the email as my accurate responses to 7 questions to verify my account were not accepted. Customer service would not come up with another option. My bank dosnt ask 6 questions. Dosnt help that we found some answers and ea have my dob wrong

Answer their questions based on what they know, so if they ask for your address and it's not on your file tell them it isn't on file instead of where you live . . . Good luck

Tried that and they still didn’t accept the answers I have. I was a child when I first started playing so a lot of details not entered. Customer service won’t accept none as an answer when a phone number or credit card was not entered. There is apparently no way to

now verify the account or at least not one customer service admits to.

@jda95411 - I saw something somewhere about using the Origin App.
I can't remember where or all the details but basically sign in and raise a ticket using the app and giving the help tech the code from it. to help confirm your identity.

They still asked questions from the account. Because ea won’t accept none as an answer there is noway to verify the account because the information is not there. This is the only company I have come across that dosnt accept none as an answer.
