The sound on The Sims 4 isn't working. (Please Help!)

I used to have sound sound when I first had The Sims 4. After a few months, it just stopped.  I recently uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4 (which took over 8 hours!) and the sound was working for a couple of hours but then in the middle of building a house, it stopped. I have tried everything:

-Uninstalled mods/cc

-Updated sound drivers

-Repaired game

-Uninstalled and reinstalled game

-Used quad sound

-Played without packs

Please help! I can't find a solution and any help would be great!

-Seasons

-Cats and dogs

-Realm of magic

-Tiny Living

-Holiday
