Not that I'm aware of... But it depends... Are you wanting to move games from an account that you own to another account that you own? Or are you trying to move them to a friend's account? If it's for a friend then no, you cannot do that. However, if it's for another account you own, there might be a way to work around it such as just updating the current account to fit what you want or, if you lost the account, by attempting to recover it.

Each games comes with a single playing license for one account only.
