Hi there, i bought SPORE from you a few weeks back and all was fin, my son who bought it for was playing with no problems, when all of a sudden the screen went black and reverted back to the desktop.
Since then, any time i try to open the game, it loads to the point where the windows pointer turns into the spore pointer and then it crashes. I then get the windows is looking for a solution box appearing but nothing happens.
I have windows 8 but i have read that spore will work on windows 8 so i am at a loss as to what to do next.
