Spore wont work i have tried everything

So i wanted to play spore with my 4 year old i put the disk in and it does nothing . I find Sporeapp.exe run as admin.. nothing . I try compatibility mode nothing. I delete the graphics catch nothing and i have even tried to limit the processors spore uses i can not find anymore solutions for my problem and im geting quite frustrated so any other things i can try or any advice would sincerely be appreciated thanks
