Spore server does not recognize that I own Galactic Adventures

The icon for Galactic Adventures is still a purchase link.  Without this resolved on EA's end I cannot fully utilize online features.

It shows that I earned an achievement for uploading an Adventure, but the adventure does not exist in Sporepedia... because I do not have authorization properly from Origin (which does show that I own GA)

I cannot resolve this on my end by re-installing anything... anyone can click that link and see that the network does not believe I own the game.

HOW can I get reach someone at EA with senior enough position to resolve this?
